Reservations and Confirmation
All airport transfers must be booked 3 hours in advance. Accurate information must be provided at the time of booking, including flight number, pickup location, number of passengers, and luggage details. Once the booking is complete, a confirmation email will be sent with all the trip details.
Recommended Pickup Times
To ensure a punctual and stress-free journey, please follow these guidelines:
Domestic Departures: Schedule pickup 3 hours before your flight time.
International Departures: Schedule pickup 3.5 to 4 hours before your flight time.
Domestic Arrivals: Schedule pickup 30 minutes after your flight arrival.
International Arrivals: Schedule pickup 60 minutes after your flight arrival.
Flight Tracking and Delays
We monitor flights in real time using the flight number you provide.
If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your driver will adjust accordingly.
Please notify us immediately of any changes or cancellations to your flight.
Waiting Time Policy
Domestic Flights: 30 minutes of free waiting time after landing.
International Flights: 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing.
Additional waiting time is charged at $1 per minute.
Meet and Greet Service (Optional Add-on)
Includes pickup inside the terminal with a sign displaying your name for easy identification. Highly recommended for international arrivals.
Luggage Policy
Please adhere to the luggage capacity indicated during booking. For safety reasons, luggage is not permitted in the passenger seating area. Overloading may result in service denial without refund.
Additional Stops
All stops must be added during the initial booking. You can add stops to your reservation up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us. Child Safety
Child seats (for children aged 1-3 years) and booster seats (for children aged 4-8 years) are available upon request and must be reserved in advance at the time of booking.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are subject to the full fare charge. A booking will be considered a no-show if the customer cannot be contacted after the free waiting time has elapsed.
Passenger \Conduct Rules
Smoking, drug use, and carrying open containers of alcoholic beverages are prohibited in any of our vehicles. Inappropriate behavior may result in the cancellation of the service without a refund. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused.
